For properties with less than 3 bedrooms; the 3 Bed Semi prices will apply as a minimum.
For properties with windows that have not been cleaned previously, an additional cost to cover the time taken on the initial clean only is payable, subject to valuation. This varies with house size and frequency of ongoing cleans.
